Salah – Learn How to Pray (the "App") is provided by Alen Cerimagic ("we", "us", or "our"). The App is an Islamic educational app that helps users learn how to perform the obligatory fard salah. It may include prayer times, step-by-step salah guidance, wudhu guidance, recitations, translations, transliterations, illustrations, and autoplay guidance.
Acceptance of terms
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: copy, modify, redistribute, sell, or misuse the App; reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the App; use the App for unlawful purposes; or misuse any content, audio, illustrations, or other materials provided in the App. You are responsible for your device, internet connection, app store account, and compliance with applicable laws.
Educational content and disclaimer
The App provides general educational content related to Islamic prayer. While we strive to provide accurate and respectful content, Islamic practices may vary by school of thought, teacher, region, or local guidance. The App is not a substitute for personalized religious guidance from a qualified teacher, scholar, imam, or local Islamic authority. Use the App at your own discretion.
Prayer times disclaimer
The App may provide prayer times based on selected city, location settings, calculation methods, or external prayer time data sources. Prayer times can vary depending on calculation method, location accuracy, local mosque guidance, seasonal adjustments, and regional practice. Users should follow their local mosque or trusted local authority where needed.
Payments, refunds, and access
Purchases are processed by the platform where you downloaded the App. For the iOS version, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store using Apple In-App Purchase and StoreKit. For the Android version, purchases are processed by Google Play through Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. After a successful purchase, Premium features become available through the Apple Account or Google account that made the purchase. You may be able to restore your purchase on devices using the same account, subject to the platform's purchase and restore mechanisms. Refunds, if any, are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play policies and applicable consumer protection laws. We do not control or guarantee refunds. If Apple or Google revokes, refunds, cancels, reverses, or invalidates a purchase, Premium access may be removed.
Availability and changes
Features, content, pricing, availability, and supported languages may change over time. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms. If we make changes, we will update the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Your sole remedy is to stop using the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
